Julie is a mitigation specialist and sentencing advocate based in Baltimore, MD. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with experience working in public defense settings. In addition to capital and non-capital mitigation, she is available for mitigation on sentencing modifications, non-capital sentencing advocacy, capital mitigation and general case strategy consultations.
